Misión del puesto: dar soporte a la gobernanta en la gestión de equipos, así como en garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de limpieza y los estándares de calidad establecidos. Reporta a: Gobernante/a General Funciones: - Dar soporte al/la gobernante/a en la coordinación y supervisión del trabajo realizado por el equipo de pisos. - Ser el enlace entre las camareras/os s y resto de personal de pisos y la gobernanta/e para garantizar que llegan todas las instrucciones diarias. - Supervisar la limpieza de las habitaciones que realizan las camareras/os de pisos diariamente. - Supervisar la limpieza de las áreas públicas y privadas del hotel, que realizan las camareras/os de áreas. - Supervisar los estándares de calidad en procedimiento y en presentación de las habitaciones del hotel, así como los estándares de calidad aplicables en las áreas públicas/privadas del hotel. - Garantizar que se cumplen los protocolos y procedimientos de limpieza establecidos en materia de salud e higiene. - Garantizar el correcto uso de productos y utensilios de limpieza, así como los EPIs para la protección del personal. - Formar a las nuevas incorporaciones del departamento de pisos. - Revisar stocks: seleccionar los productos de mantenimiento y limpieza para el uso diario e informar a la gobernanta de los stocks que hay para poder hacer el inventario. - Ejercer las funciones de la gobernanta en su ausencia. - Cuando sea necesario, limpieza de habitaciones y de zonas comunes.
