Looking for a dessert chef for part time role (20 hours). Making desserts for the restaurant (Tiramisu, cheesecake, apple crumble, brulee, bread pudding) and sauces for seafood dishes. All recipes will be taught, however we are looking for someone to come in and boss the dessert menu, and to bring in their own ideas/recipes. Working Conditions: - Night shifts, typically from 23:30 to 03:00am weekends and bank holidays. - May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and other substances. - Must adhere to restaurant health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment. - Competitive hourly wage.
