The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of SCI. Through a thorough understanding of SCI practices, the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function of this role is to provide inbound Phone support to SCI Members and donors through the lifespan of their membership with SCI.

Responsibilities
- Contacting our donors via phone and email
- Scheduling appointments for our field agents and team with prospective donors.
- Maintaining a detailed record of appointments and interactions
- Providing excellent services and representing our company professionally
- Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting targets
Skills
- Welcoming and warm personality that demonstrates genuine care for customers
- Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and all organizational levels
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize a shifting workload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Must perform well independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Basic financial literacy
