We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service, Crowd Control, and Pier Manager. This multifaceted role offers a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

As the Customer Service, Crowd Control, and Pier Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations at our pier location. Your primary duties will include:
  1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  2. Crowd Control: Managing crowd flow and ensuring a safe and organized environment, especially during peak times and special events.
  3. Pier Management: Overseeing pier operations, including coordinating boat arrivals and departures, managing ticket sales, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Monitor crowd levels and implement crowd control measures as needed.
  • Coordinate with boat captains and crew to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage ticket sales, transactions, and inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pier area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of crowd control techniques and safety protocols is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
