Come join our Maroon family!   We are seeking vibrant, friendly, professional kitchen porter to be a part of our Caribbean Latin American restaurant and cocktail bar.   Located adjacent to the picturesque Brockwell Park, Maroon will offer mouth-watering fusion cuisine, delicious cocktails and a fun, warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere.   Competitive rates depending on experience   Training will be available but you must have knowledge of a busy kitchen and at least 2 years experience in as a kitchen porter.   Flexible working hours, full time positions available.

Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine

Experience as a Bartender is valued, but certainly not essential, as we pride ourselves on superior training standards. We are looking for part time Experienced Bartender, You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be abel to make classic cocktails. Immediate start. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £13.00to £14.50 ph depending on experience.
