We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their vehicle preferences
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Provide information on pricing, options, financing, and incentives
- Close sales by overcoming objections; complete sales and purchase contracts
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate lasting relationships
- Utilize sales management software to track leads and customer interactions
Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales management software for tracking leads and customer information
- Ability to upsell additional products or services
- Organizational skills to manage customer information and follow-up tasks effectively
