Checking guests in and out, dealing with complaints , reservations face to face and online.
Experience in a booking management system such as Cloudbeds is preferred and a knowledge of all aspects of Health & Safety.
A flexible attitude is desired as some shifts will include weekends.

· Setting up a schedule for monitoring linen used
· Creating rotas for front of house reception and cleaning staff
· Keeping a record of all maintenance requirement and liaising with local trades when necessary
· Working closely with the owners with regular updates on all aspects of the apartments
