EXECUTIVE SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION • Be fiercely protective over their colleagues and their work - privacy and discretion are at the height of importance • Assist with various office tasks, such as organisation and general administrative support, paperwork, emails, and any other ad-hoc tasks • Maintaining financial records, tracking expenses and reconciling invoices for all sides of the business • Draft, edit and proofread correspondence, contracts, presentations and reports • Maintaining professional communication and act as a liaison between executive and internal/ external stakeholders • Maintain confidential records, databases and filing systems for smooth day-to-day operations • Website(s) updating/basic management • Helping to create (social media) marketing plan and execute and manage accordingly • Organise and execute events, exhibitions and promotional activities • Contribute to the planning and execution of market initiatives, product launches and customer engagement strategies OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE • Managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, keeping track of stock levels • Overseeing order fulfilment processes • Maintaining and management of social media and marketing plan BRAND AMBASADOR • Represent both sides of the company online and while attending events with/on behalf of the brand • Create content to keep interest and increase reputation of both ventures • commission structure available SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE • Apple, Pages and Numbers • Adobe, Photoshop • Social media I.e. As detailed by Team Leaders/Management to undertake tasks across one or more of the activity streams listed below: Transportation or escorting of patients on bed/trolley/chair etc. and all other general potering duties within the site. Dealing politely, efficiently and professionally with patients, other staff and visitors at all times. Delivery/relocation of products/materials, furniture, equipment, post and supplies within the site. Bagging, segregation and transportation and disposal on-site of rubbish and waste materials of all descriptions. Salting and gritting of Car Park as required. Ad-hoc mechanical cleaning and other cleaning as required.
Experience bartender/waiting staff needed for a busy family run bar & restaurant. Role includes both making drinks & serving tables, taking orders, organising bookings. Experience is needed in at least one area. Serious applicants only!!! Duties include taking food & drink orders putting orders on the till system making drinks/cocktails taking cash & card payments being attentive to customers providing a high level of customer service checking reservations & booking times setting up & closing down the bar & restaurant
