We are looking for an enthusiastic , organised and dedicated manager that can work independently and also be part of a team with a full hands on approach. We have been in business for a year and are still growing and developing so flexibility's with working hours is essential and will include weekends Saturday and Sunday and occasional evenings. Some basic cooking skills, food safety and hygiene is also important as the applicant will need to have an hands on approach to the job . Preparing and serving food and beverages including alcohol and working with the other team members is part of the job . Experience with a coffee machine and various drinks is also essential .
