Our company offers bespoke pet care services such as dog walking, doggy daycare, dog boarding and small animals boarding at our facility in Cricklewood. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young business and work alongside young individuals to grow together with the company. This is a part-time role with an opportunity to turn into a full-time as the company grows and we get more clients. Experience is not mandatory as long as you have big love for animals and ability to learn quickly and efficiently. Working with animals is a great joy, but also a great responsibility that requires dedication, excellent communication skills, and lots of patience. Someone with flexible schedule will be a priority, however will be happy to arrange fix days of the week, busiest days are Tuesday and Thursday! The ideal candidate must: - love animals! - have excellent communication skills - be responsive and alert - be physically fit, as the job requires a lot of physical activity - be able to take nice photos for our socials - have flexible availability as we often receive last-minute requests - be able to follow instructions and be a great team player but also be confident working on your own - hold a valid uk driving license! Or able to change your foreign license to the uk one when required. I need a self employed energetic, bubbly, positive and caring person for this role. You would be picking up and dropping off dogs at their houses. All with be clients which are near the area you live in. I would need you to have some experience with walking dogs and how to handle them. Incentives will be given out for the first 3 months to the whole team, the more dogs you can get to book with you through our website to walk, the more money you can be making. REQUIREMENTS - A love of animals (experience of being a pet owner and/or experience in working in similar roles). - Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and their pets. - Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds. - Knowledge of basic dog behaviour and understanding of their needs. - Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting (e.g., large dog breeds) and long walks. - A reliable, self-motivated individual. - Exceptional timekeeping. - Willing to work in all weathers. - Own vehicle (fully insured, MOT and tax). Full UK driving license. You must be prepared for both you and your car to get very muddy and wet as this work will be outdoors in all weathers. PAY Salary is dependent upon age and the amount of dogs that are walked each time. Houndology complies with all National Minimum Wage (NMW) commitments. This is a self-employed role and you will be responsible for reporting your own tax and NI accordingly. HOURS This is a self-employed role and as such the hours can be flexible to suit your needs.
