We are in need of a pre-litigation fee earner in our Preston Office A high-volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA Portal claims following the MOJ process. • Key Tasks: • Progressing your caseload in a manner to ensure that clients receive appropriate, professional, timely and pertinent legal advice, with regular contact, whilst managing their expectations. • To identify early those cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to do so expeditiously. • Identify cases that have an element of serious injury and escalate the cases and remove form the Portal. The successful candidate will have experience in Scottish Law can be dual qualified, managing a Personal Injury case load with a high percentage of litigated RTA files. Applications are invited from Solicitors with an in-depth knowledge of the RTA Process and a proven track record in RTA litigation. The role will also involve coaching and guiding junior staff in RTA law, procedures and process and court process/attendance. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with liability, quantum and costs.
