To maintain daily documentation, to clock in/out daily, and to complete other Day Habilitation Documentation as required by the Program and the Supervisor. 12. To participate in scheduled group supervision and/or biweekly meetings, to attend in-office or OPWDD provided trainings when appropriate and relevant to job duties in order to increase knowledge of services and share professional support. To attend Initial/Annual/Semi-Annual Day Habilitation Plan reviews and other meetings if required. 22.
