THE OPPORTUNITY As a Griller, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen. You’ll master the grill — cooking meats and vegetables to perfection — while prepping, stocking, and keeping your station running at its best. You’ll help ensure every custom order that leaves the line meets Adobo’s high standards for quality, flavor, and consistency. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Grill meats and sauté vegetables to perfection for custom orders, • Cook and prep food to Adobo’s high quality standards, • Build custom-made orders quickly and accurately, • Stock, rotate, and manage kitchen inventory (FIFO), • Monitor food quality, safety, and waste — resolving issues quickly, • Keep your station clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times, • Support smooth teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house, • Follow all safety guidelines and complete required checklists and logs WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE • Passion for cooking fresh, flavorful food, • Preferably 21+ years old, • Ability to uphold Adobo’s quality and integrity standards, • Strong communication skills in the restaurant’s primary language(s), • High school diploma (preferred), • Prior restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU • Free meals during your shift, • Competitive pay, • Flexible scheduling, • Growth opportunities (most of our managers started as Crew), • A supportive team environment where your work matters
