The candidate will be assisting in supervising the day-to-day operations of the residence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the residence and that adequate support services (vendors, suppliers) are maintained; providing direct services to the Individuals together with the direct care staff; supervising the DSPs, ensuring that training is provided to the facility staff. Requirements High School diploma/GED. Associate’s degree in Health or Human Services preferred. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience with the developmentally disabled population is preferred. Minimum two years related experience in a social service setting.
