is seeking a professional, , and reliable a Front of House / Receptionist to join our team.
As point of contact forclients, and staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service that reflects our high standards.
As the Front of House / Receptionist, you first impression when and guests and so will be responsible for greeting and assisting , clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will handle incoming calls, and welcoming reception area. Maintaining the membership database and accurately recording all necessary information is essential to this role. Additionally, you will oversee daily cash-up duties, ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked, and address guest comments or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
The role also involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, communication with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in a receptionist
Proven success in basic administrative duties.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily.
Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., telephones, printers) and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with great attention to detail.
Positive, enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanor, even under pressure.
