We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manpower supply business. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, client relationship management, manpower deployment, recruitment coordination, operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth delivery of services to construction, fit-out, MEP, facilities management, and industrial clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily manpower supply operations and workforce deployment.
Coordinate with clients regarding labor requirements, project schedules, and workforce allocation.
Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of workers to project sites.
Supervise recruitment activities and coordinate with recruiters to fulfill manpower requirements.
Monitor attendance, productivity, accommodation, transportation, and worker welfare.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
Handle operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly.
Coordinate with HR, PRO, payroll, and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and client requirements.
Prepare operational reports, manpower forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Control operational costs and improve efficiency in manpower utilization.
Support business development efforts by meeting potential clients and preparing workforce solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in manpower supply, staffing, labor supply, construction, fit-out, or MEP operations in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and workforce management.
Experience handling large-scale manpower deployment and client coordination.
Knowledge of MOHRE procedures, visa processes, and labor regulations is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
