Job Description Compensation: TBD Focus: Medical / Scheduling / Program Coordination Position Summary The Administrative Coordinator plays a senior operational role supporting medical coordination, program scheduling, case documentation, and agency collaboration. This position ensures seamless communication between residential staff, external service providers, and child welfare partners. Key Responsibilities Medical & Appointment Coordination • Schedule and track medical, therapeutic, and specialist appointments, • Maintain confidential medical records, • Coordinate medication documentation and compliance logs, • Liaise with healthcare providers and caseworkers Program & Case Coordination • Support the development and tracking of individualized care plans, • Maintain compliance documentation aligned with licensing standards, • Track program outcomes and youth progress indicators, • Prepare reports for the Director and the Operations Manager Scheduling & Oversight • Oversee staff scheduling in collaboration with leadership, • Ensure shift coverage aligns with care ratios, • Support onboarding and training documentation Agency & Community Liaison • Maintain collaborative communication with child welfare agencies, • Support family engagement coordination, • Assist in cultural programming scheduling and partnerships Qualifications • Diploma or degree in Health Administration, Social Services, or related field, • Experience in medical scheduling or residential care administration, • Strong knowledge of confidentiality legislation (PHIPA/child welfare standards), • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, • Experience working with Indigenous and culturally diverse communities (asset)Company DescriptionThe Mulberry Residence is a professionally operated residential group home providing safe, structured, and trauma-informed care for youth.
