Global Competence Manager (f/m/d).
- Assessing, managing and developing technical knowledge of your MHS organization and supporting decision-making in technically challenging issues - Ensuring our competences for technical conformity assessment and certification schemes on the basis of internal and regulatory requirements - Managing and optimizing the technical training program and information platforms - Developing and implementing concepts for a consistent, harmonized and comprehensive assessment strategy (e.g. evaluation plans, technical report formats, online platforms etc.) - Selecting members for technical committees and defining/monitoring strategic objectives (internal/external) - Serving as an interface with the Quality Management department, process owners and persons responsible for granting authorizations in the MHS
- University degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline or equivalent - Extensive leadership experience as line manager and project manager in the field of product review or auditing - Knowledge of competency management and state of the art learning methods - Experience with lateral management and matrix organizations - Ability to find business-oriented and pragmatic, yet regulatory-compliant solutions - Fluent in English; German language skills preferred - Willing to travel up to 20%
