CMO (Chief Marketing Officer).

• You set marketing/branding goals and objectives covering the B2B customers touch points

• You plan, implement and manage marketing (branding) strategy

• You review and manage content marketing strategy

• You determine KPIs for the marketing department

• You create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy

• You oversee and collaborate the performance marketing team to ensure consistency between the marketing activities

• You monitor growth indicators, marketing channels and opportunities to get in touch with our core customer group

• Extensive brand management experience (B2B), 5+ years of experience

• Ability to think strategically, define KPIs, forecast and roadmap

• PR/communications experience, ideally from agency setting

• Knowledge of brand communication channels in local B2B

• Creative mindset to support brand targets with asset and content creation

• skills in performance marketing, marketing tech knowledge

• A varied, independent activity in a dynamic team

• Flat hierarchies with short decision-making channels and an open corporate culture
