Responsibilities: Co-ordinating across the globe, leading on monthly payroll Business partnering with HR and the Accounting team Implementation and build out of Employee benefit plans across the firm Implementation of new Payroll system Supporting the wider Accounting team as required Holding the relationship with external providers System improvements and continuous optimization Experience: 7-10years of payroll experience in an international organisation in a global role Expert in US HR Processes (Pre-requisite) Experience implementing systems Fluent in English Degree educated
