Your main tasks: FROM CREATION TO PLATE EXECUTION • Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience., • Speed and precision at the pass will be your hallmark., • Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY • You are the Chef's right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well-organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives., • Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on-time orders., • Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision. You work closely with the Chef de Partie, taking responsibility for part of the station while continuing to develop your technical and organizational skills.
