    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to CEO to and support our CEO in achieving our company's goals. Your valuable assistance will be needed in both internal and external tasks. In addition to that, we are looking forward to having your input on utilising the day to its most productive capacity. In your new role, you will be an all-rounder who will take care of daily tasks and as a multitasker, you would get accustomed to your environment quite fast! We would appreciate to have your can-do attitude on board! The position is fully remote! Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of work experience including personal or executive support experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills - Fluent in German & English - Flexible working hours with availability outside of standard office hours (9-5pm) - Prior experience in real estate industry or high level knowledge thereof - Based +- 2 hours from the CET time zone Job description: - Travel coordination & Travel bookings - Calendar management - Relationship & CRM Oversight - Organisation of (Team) Events & Conferences - Bookkeeping, File Management & Taxes / Accounting - Project Management (incl. real estate) - Candidate Searches
