About the Role We're hiring a Booking Agent to own the full conversion journey — from the first inquiry to a confirmed reservation. Think of it as a sales-meets-service role: you'll be the person turning leads into happy guests. This isn't your typical hospitality gig. We're looking for sharp communicators with a commercial mindset, no matter what industry you come from. If you know how to sell, follow up, and make people feel taken care of — we want to talk to you. What You'll Do • Handle incoming booking requests across all channels (phone, email, website, walk-ins) with speed and a personal touch., • Guide potential guests through the entire booking process — answer questions, remove friction, close the deal., • Track payments and outstanding balances to make sure everything is settled before and during each stay., • Manage overbookings and relocations when needed, always putting the guest experience first., • Coordinate with Operations and Guest Experience teams to ensure smooth check-ins., • Handle cancellations, modifications, and extensions following company policies., • Keep your numbers sharp — monitor daily KPIs and actively contribute to hitting sales and occupancy targets. About you • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+) — this is non-negotiable., • A natural communicator who's comfortable on the phone and over email., • Sales-driven mindset: you care about conversion rates and know how to move a lead through a funnel., • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip through the cracks., • Comfortable working with CRMs, booking platforms, or similar tools., • No specific industry experience required — we care about your skills and attitude, not your background.
