I get an Authorisation Failed message

If you get an Authorisation failed message, it means that your email or/and password is invalid. You can reset your password by tapping Forgot password on the login page to receive a new one. If that doesn’t help, drop us an email at support@jobtoday.com and we’ll fix this for you.

I don’t have access to JOB TODAY Web

If you’d like to use JOB TODAY on your computer, but get an error saying you don’t have access, please contact us directly at support@jobtoday.com and we’ll help you out.

My account is banned

If your account has been banned from the platform, it means our system detected a breach of Terms and Conditions in your profile activity. Check your inbox for a Verification email - you will have to answer several questions for us to verify your account.
