Blocking a user

If you had a bad experience with a particular profile holder, you can prevent them from contacting you by Blocking the chat with this user.

To Block a User:

  1. Swipe left on the conversation
  2. Tap Block.
You will be presented with a choice of reasons for blocking them.


  1. Not interested in the candidate
  2. Inappropriate content
  3. Spam
  4. Other (provide additional information)
Remember, that point 2 is a serious accusation, which cannot be abused. Think carefully before choosing Inappropriate content as the reason for blocking a user.

Reporting a user

If you come across a candidate whose behaviour seems suspicious or if you consider them in breach of our Terms and Conditions, please help us keep the platform safe by Reporting a Problem from a user's profile page.
To Report a Problem, open a candidate’s profile and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Tap Report a Problem and choose your grounds for it.
We would also appreciate if you send us an email describing the situation to We will investigate the case and come back to you with the results.
Moreover, if you have been a victim of a cyber-crime, we strongly recommend you to report it to Action Fraud, the national fraud reporting centre. You can report the scam through their website or by phone. You can also forward scam emails to them. You will need to provide as much information as possible, for example, any names or other information about the scammer, dates and details about how the money has been lost or how you were threatened.
