How to change my password?

If you get a message Authorisation failed, it means that your email or/and password is invalid. You can reset your password by tapping Forgot password on the login page to receive a new one. If you’d like to set up a new custom password, drop us an email at and we’ll set it for you.

How do I change my email?

  If you’d like to use a different email address to log into your JOB TODAY account, you can request for it to be changed.   Email us at with Change Email in the subject line and provide the following details:
  • Your current email address;
  • The new email address you'd like to use to log in.
We will change it for you and confirm as soon as possible.
