Changing My Login Details
How to change my password? If you get a message Authorisation failed, it means that your email or/and password is invalid. You can reset your password by tapping Forgot password on the login page to receive a new one. If you’d like to set up a new custom password, drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll set it for you.
How do I change my email? If you’d like to use a different email address to log into your JOB TODAY account, you can request for it to be changed. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with Change Email in the subject line and provide the following details:
We will change it for you and confirm as soon as possible.
- Your current email address;
- The new email address you'd like to use to log in.
