Communicating With Candidates
We encourage all of our customers to maintain the communication between each other strictly within the JOB TODAY app. This way, we can ensure your safety and prevent any unpleasant experience.
You should not start a conversation
with a potential candidate by asking them for a phone number or sharing your own. This will raise candidates’ suspicions about the reason you would like to do it outside of the platform.
Putting your contact details out on a public forum can lead to ending up on a spamming list and also to your contacts being stolen and used against you in cyber crimes. We warn our candidates about this, so they may not be keen to proceed the communication with you.
We strongly recommend to avoid disappointments and only communicate with candidates via JOB TODAY App Chats prior to a phone or face-to-face interview. If our moderation system detects suspicious activity within your account (e.g. sharing or requests to share contact details, encouraging to use external messaging service), your account can be suspended for suspicious behaviour.
We recommend to read our full Terms and Conditions
before posting a job.
