I need an invoice for my purchase

If you have made a purchase through the app on your smartphone or tablet, you can request an invoice from Google Play or Apple directly.

For Android users:

  1. Sign in to payments.google.com with your Google Account.
  2. Click on the transaction you want an invoice for.
  3. At the bottom of the transaction details, click Download VAT invoice.
  4. You may be asked to enter some information, like your full address or a tax ID.
  5. Click Save.
  6. You'll see a link where you can download your invoice.

For IOS users:

  1. Open reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Use your iTunes credentials to log in.
  3. To find your receipts, tap on the Menu button in the top right corner.
  4. Choose Receipts to see a list of your receipts. If you're on a Mac or PC, click Receipts. A receipt might not be available if you made the purchase recently.
  5. Scroll down to see an option to resend a receipt to your email.

For WEB users:

When you make a payment through JOB TODAY Web, an invoice is generated automatically and sent to the email address you are registered with. Please bear in mind that at the moment of payment you are asked for your company details, such as company name, address and VAT number (if applicable). The details you enter will be displayed on your invoice and can not be changed.

I need a refund

We are sorry if our service didn't meet your needs or expectations. If you made the purchase within the app on your smartphone, we cannot provide a refund. However, you can request a refund directly from Google Play or iTunes App Store.

However, if you made a purchase through JOB TODAY Web, you can request a refund directly from us by emailing support@joboday.com describing the reason you would like to receive the refund and details of the purchase.
