Problems with Access

My login details won’t work

If you get an Authorisation failed message, your email and/or password is invalid. You can reset your password by tapping Forgot password on the login page. If that doesn’t help, drop us an email at support@jobtoday.com and we’ll fix this for you.

I can’t access Web Platform as a jobseeker

If you’d like to use JOB TODAY on your computer, but get an error saying you don’t have access, please contact us directly at support@jobtoday.com and we’ll help you out.

Why is my account blocked?

If your account has been banned from the platform, it means our system detected a breach of Terms and Conditions in your profile activity. Check your inbox for a Verification email - you will need to answer several questions so that we can verify your account.
