Problems with Access

My login details won’t work

If you get an Authorisation failed message, your email and/or password is invalid. You can reset your password by tapping Forgot password on the login page. If that doesn’t help, drop us an email at and we’ll fix this for you.

I can’t access Web Platform as a jobseeker

If you’d like to use JOB TODAY on your computer, but get an error saying you don’t have access, please contact us directly at and we’ll help you out.

Why is my account blocked?

If your account has been banned from the platform, it means our system detected a breach of Terms and Conditions in your profile activity. Check your inbox for a Verification email - you will need to answer several questions so that we can verify your account.
