I get an error when making a purchase

If you are having a problem while trying to make a purchase within the app, please make sure to check your payment details on your Google Play or iTunes App Store. If you have done this already, but the problem reoccurs, please contact us at support@jobtoday.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

I made a purchase, but the credits were not added to my account

Say you’ve made a purchase, got your receipt from Google Play or iTunes Store, so you go to the app to use it, but it’s not there. Frustrating! This might be due to a delay in the system, but it’s nothing to worry about - just contact us directly at support@jobtoday.com with a screenshot of your receipt and we will make sure everything works for you.

I need to pay by company card

As you may already know, you can make payments directly by credit or debit card via JOB TODAY Web. All you need to do is sign in with your usual login details and explore the desktop version of the app. When it comes to making a purchase, you will be asked for your credit card and company details.
