ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR needed at our Hatch Mill care home for older people, in Farnham, Surrey. This role supports residents by creating, planning and delivering activities, outings and events. Previous care experience in a working environment is essential. Occasional travel to other care homes in Surrey/Berkshire may be required so you'll need to be a car driver with a UK driving licence for this role. Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager. Working hours The shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5.00pm, and alternate weekends, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 12.30pm with ad hoc hours to support events in the care homes. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Surveyor with Preservation Treatments. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting site visits, creating detailed reports, providing technical advice, communicating with clients and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records. The Surveyor will also ensure all surveys are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Qualifications CSSW CSTDB (desirable) Knowledge of building construction, damp and decay, and timber preservation Experience in carrying out diagnostic surveys Ability to produce clear and accurate reports and specifications Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Full driving license
