We are looking for a pizza chef for our new refurbished restaurant and Bar at Adams Court. Open Monday to Friday with occasionally being open on the weekend for the events. Its a role when you will have to be creative and create your menus so great opportunity for someone with creative mind.

EXPERIENCED SENIOR ITALIAN CHEF required. Near Liverpool St, split shifts lunch and dinner Monday-Friday only. Closed Saturday & Sunday. We are looking for a young experienced head chef with drive, enthusiasm and ambition with at least 5 years experience at a senior chef level. Would suit someone that wants to enhance their career, using fresh seasonal produce to cook authentic italian dishes. In return you will receive a very competitive monthly remuneration package, with weekends & Bank Holidays off as well as 2 weeks holiday in August and over Christmas as we are closed. Staff meals included on duty. You will need to be super passionate about food and ingredients, their seasonality, sourcing and provenance, the creation and presentation of dishes as well as be driven by consistency, precision and exacting standards. You will be able to help manage the kitchen operation by working closely with the owners and our current kitchen team and be happy with sharing and the responsibility of running our kitchen. We occupy a truly unique space for London, overlooking a 40 year old award wining social enterprise garden centre and we are continually looking to build on existing high levels of customer experience, quirk and professionalism. We were recently named by The Observer food magazine as the number two venue for breakfast in the UK and we want someone who is excited about building on these credentials.
