You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with running the kitchen (15/20 chefs). You must be energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion for great food. You will have clear expectations from each team member, understand how to get the best out of your people and how to develop a team.

Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday
(7am-5pm) or (12pm-10pm)
