Copywriter and Content/Product Manager

The Copywriter and Content Manager will be responsible for the creation and coordination of all non-advertising digital and print content produced by JOB TODAY, including in-product copy (app and web-based), emails, blog, print, plus occasional outdoor advertising. They will be responsible for assuring consistency in tone, style, accuracy, and the formatting of all content produced by our organisation. Importantly, especially for the in-product copy, they will be responsible for ensuring that our product is clear to understand and use. The content they create should drive customer acquisition, engagement, re-engagement, and retention.

The right candidate will have experience in copywriting and editing a variety of digital content including product copy, blogs, web pages, and other written assets. Experience with audio, video and image content would be a plus. They will work closely with other members of the marketing and product teams to assure consistency in the organisation’s brand, voice and value proposition. Aspirationally, successful candidates could grow within this role toward Product Marketing.

Responsibilities will include producing content for:

  • Product Interface & FAQ
  • Product Emails (Onboarding, Support, Engagement & Retention, Product Updates, Surveys)
  • Product Mobile Push-notifications
  • Website
  • App Store and Google Play – descriptions, visuals, release notes
  • Marketing: Coordinating and managing external partners that produce content for the JOB TODAY blog. Ensuring clarity and consistency in tone of voice
  • Marketing: Owning the JOB TODAY content calendar for blog, social and CRM
  • Supporting the SEO and Content Marketing plan and objectives
  • Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the planning, execution, optimization, distribution, and amplification of the organization’s content.
  • Monitoring and reporting on content marketing metrics and KPIs.


  • Experience with creating product copy (in-app, web, onboarding emails)
  • Experience in digital environment and data-driven objectives
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (we have offices in Luxembourg, London and Barcelona)
  • Native-level English speaking and writing proficiency
