The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong closing and good negotiation skills.

  • Experience in B2B sales or job board advertising in the recruitment sector (companies such as Total Jobs, Caterer, Reed, Gumtree, CV library, LinkedIn, plus other recruitment, staffing agencies and hiring startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and source leads via external / internal channels, organic, online and referrals.
  • Build high value pipeline of New business by telephone / email / meetings / networking.
  • Pitch JOB TODAY with a view to sign up at group level or large number of multiple locations.
  • Form and build long lasting business relationships with accounts in a number of sectors, ranging from blue collar to service industries.
  • Onboard all employer profiles / locations through our dedicated sales tool.
  • Each new account must include all account information (email / mobile / name / location)
  • Go to meetings with decision makers representing JOB TODAY in a smart and professional manner.
  • Present and close to decision makers and have persistent follow up with unclosed and closed accounts.
  • Provide individual, detailed meeting notes in docs.
  • All daily activity (calls, emails, messages, meetings, etc) for all new and existing business added to CRM with notes, including – name, role, email, address, numbers etc.
  • Provide daily / weekly reports including pipeline update, meetings scheduled, previous results and forecast to Head of Sales
