The Maintenance Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance department. This includes coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, maintaining records, managing inventories of tools and spare parts, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure smooth operations. · Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and completed tasks. · Create and manage preventive maintenance calendars. · Support the maintenance team with procurement of tools, equipment, and materials. · Maintain inventory control of spare parts and supplies. · Track maintenance requests and prioritize according to urgency. · Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and performance metrics for management. · Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced services. · Ensure all safety and compliance documentation is up to date. · Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents. · Provide general administrative support to the maintenance department, including filing, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.

Funciones principales: Gestión de documentación de vehículos (transferencias, matriculaciones, DGT, Tráfico). Seguimiento del servicio postventa (garantías, talleres, citas, etc.). Persona organizada, autónoma, responsable y con buena atención al cliente. Conocimientos básicos de informática (correo electrónico, Word, Excel).
