We are looking for a part-time server to be the face of Harlow's to our guests. The most important characteristics we require are a friendly and warm demeanor with every guest no matter the situation, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and learn quickly.
Experience with cocktails is desired but not necessary. Experience as a server is a must. We do require a knowledge of alcohol and liquors, as well as experience in Food and Beverage in an upscale setting.
At least a B2 level of English and Spanish is required. All communications will be in English, which is the working language at the bar.
The schedule will generally be as follows, though it is subject to small changes:
Friday 22:00 – 02:30
Saturday 20:00 – 02:30
This job pays €10.50 an hour. This will come out to an average gross payment of €500 per month. The salary will be paid weekly, with an estimated gross weekly payment of €115.50 – which results in approximately €105.50 net paid per week for the expected 11 hours of weekly work. Because this job is paid hourly, any significant changes to hours worked will be reflected in the payment. Any tips you earn will of course be paid out directly to you.
