Desde Eurofirms buscamos incorporar operarios/as para el área de fabricación para importante empresa del sector alimentación situada en El Prat de Llobregat. La persona seleccionada deberá controlar el proceso productivo, la calidad y los tiempos. Funciones: - Controlar la descarga de materias primas. - Responsabilizarse de la cocción y producción del mosto en la sala de brasage, así como del proceso de fermentación y guarda. - Responsabilizarse de la limpieza de la zona de Producción dentro de la Fábrica. - Responsabilizarse de la limpieza de residuos, así como de su traslado a la zona habilitada para ello. - Controlar el proceso de producción manual de cerveza, (dosificar ingredientes, control PH, cambios de mangueras, etc.). - Realizar los autocontroles de los parámetros analíticos en las diferentes etapas del proceso productivo y llevar las muestras al laboratorio para que cumplan con todos los requisitos de calidad, una vez envasada la cerveza. - Asegurar un buen centrifugado y filtrado de la cerveza antes de enviar la cerveza al correspondiente tren de envasado.
