About the Role
One of Sotogrande’s most prestigious restaurants is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead its daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a highly regarded fine dining destination in southern Spain, ensuring excellence in service, guest experience, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain the highest standards.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and complete guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, cost controls and P&L reporting to achieve financial targets.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximise efficiency.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior management on long-term business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build strong client relationships, handling VIP guests with professionalism.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior hospitality management, preferably fine dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team-building ability.
- Solid financial management background, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Organised, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance, confident with VIP clientele.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
