Responsible for reviewing weekly the open purchase order with HODs. Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal and liaising with the contractors. Oversee the goods receiving and work with finance on related paperwork. Ordering efficiently so that stock is always available without overstocking. Control of the stock always and storeroom area, ordering just what is necessary, without excess. Support HOD if necessary to negotiate new prices and rappels with suppliers.
