Riela is opening contemporary bathhouses across Europe. Our first studio opened in Justicia, Madrid in September 2025—blending architecture, wellness, and hospitality into a refined communal experience.
We’re looking for someone who embodies quiet confidence and natural elegance to welcome guests, maintain flow, and ensure every detail feels effortless—from fresh towels to perfect timing.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide guests with warmth and discretion
- Oversee check-ins, bookings, and light admin
- Prepare and reset the space between sessions
- Support events, partnerships, and community moments
- Keep the studio pristine, calm, and harmonious
You are:
- Naturally elegant, composed, and emotionally intelligent
- Experienced in hospitality, wellness, or F&B
- Sensitive to atmosphere, aesthetics, and detail
- Hands-on and adaptable—no task beneath you
- Fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus)
- Available on weekends and flexible with hours
Bonus:
- Background in boutique hotels, spas, or luxury retail
- Passion for wellness, design, or fashion
- Education in hospitality (EHL, Les Roches, etc.)
