This progressive role would suit a candidate with a business/marketing qualification (or similar), with an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives. Candidate must be proficient in office applications and computer equipment as required.
TASKS: Event management assistance (conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions) Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone and through email Event management assistance at local, national and/or international level Generating and optimizing web content Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook and other online advertising channels Development of digital marketing strategies Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns at social media Customer support: resolving questions regarding the products or services Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media) REQUIREMENTS:WORKING DAYS: Mo-Th (10-17) - Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to work autonomously - Flexibility - Skills and potential to help with marketing communication, Social media channels (content creation, coordination). - Basic knowledge of Canva -Proactive and communicative person with social skills for working in public: event management, fairs and conventions.
