Esperamos conocerte pronto si: - Tienes estudios o estás estudiando Administración o Comercio - Te apasiona el mundo industrial y quieres contribuir desde adentro en el aprovisionamiento de un grupo industrial con más de 80 años de historia y en continua expansión - Tienes curiosidad por la industria y quieres aprender de la mano de excelentes profesionales - Nivel de inglés B2 - Conocimientos de ERP (valorable RPS o similar) - Nociones básicas de economía o contabilidad: Orden de compras, facturación, albaranes, pedidos... - Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas en horario de mañana Funciones: - Compra de materia prima para sector metalúrgico - Mantener al día la información en nuestro ERP (RPS) - Supervisar los niveles de existencias y determinar necesidades de compra - Indagar sobre proveedores potenciales - Realizar el seguimiento de pedidos y garantizar entregas puntuales - Actualizar bases de datos internas con detalles de pedidos (fechas, proveedores, cantidades y descuentos) - Llevar a cabo estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias de precios - Evaluar ofertas de proveedores y negociar precios mejores - Elaborar análisis de costes - Mantener registros de facturas y contratos actualizados - Hacer un seguimiento con proveedores, en caso necesario, para confirmar o cambiar pedidos - Actuar de enlace con la Supply Chain Manager y el Director de Operaciones así como con el personal de almacén para garantizar que todos los productos lleguen en buen estado.
