Job Title: Chef We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair for cooking, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities: 1. Menu Planning: Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients. 2. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to established recipes and standards. 3. Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of food and supplies, place orders as needed, and manage food costs to meet budgetary targets. 5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation, conducting regular tastings and inspections to ensure consistency. 6. Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Candidates should have proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment.
