Grupo de restauración que cuenta con diferentes restaurantes en Barcelona ciudad precisa incorporar 2º ENCARGADO para uno de sus restaurantes en la ciudad. What’s the job? As Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for supervising all the deliveries and support the food & beverage department with orders, deliveries and reports. You'll report to the Director of Finance. Your day-to-day: - Assists the F&B Director and Executive Chef in all aspects of purchasing to ensure quality and profitability. - Order all food and beverage based on business needs and as required by F&B Director and Executive Chef. - Assist the Food & Beverage department in maintaining/lower budgeted food/controllable costs. - Delegate and enforce first in/first out inventory rotation for all storeroom products. - Maintain sanitation and safety standards. - Ensure that proper safeguards are in effect for the security of the food and beverage storeroom assets. - Enforces item use-up with storeroom personnel and kitchen management to keep inventory at lowest level possible levels. - Communicate with kitchen, restaurant management and vendors to ensure timing of deliveries satisfies advanced food production needs. - Receive and inspect all deliveries. - Maintain an accurate controllable log and beverage perpetual. We are looking for IT Manager to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona . Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the IT Manager is responsible for ensuring functional integration of network and LAN hardware components throughout the entire operation. Job Description What you'll do... Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of technology including networks, workstations, POS, PMS, etc. to ensure efficient and revenue maximizing operations. Conduct capacity and performance studies recommending appropriate action to maintain standards of performance and capacity. Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests and determine appropriate installation or upgrade schedule. Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components. Perform fault isolation, problem determination and problem resolution of standard set network and serve problems to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components. Conduct capacity and performance studies pertaining to network file segments and servers (when applicable). Recommend appropriate action where performance is below objective or where capacity may be nearing its threshold. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of process server and related network functions to ensure all components are performing optimally and in concert with each other. Perform hardware and software evaluations with individual workstations (when necessary) and determine appropriate installation and/or upgrade schedule. Maintain complete and thorough knowledge of new releases of network and server software. Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Housekeeping Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the housekeeping department. Ensure all departmental service standards and sequences of service are being upheld. Work collaboratively with all housekeeping partners on a day-to-day basis. Estamos buscando un Técnicos de Mantenimiento para nuestros apartamentos en Barcelona: uno para cubrir 40 horas a la semana, con un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento generalista de edificios, con preferencia en edificios turísticos, aunque no descartable otro tipo de instalaciones. Nuestros edificios están localizados en diferentes ubicaciones de la ciudad por lo que el candidato se tendrá que mover por los diferentes edificios. TAREAS A DESARROLLAR: - Controlar el correcto funcionamiento de las maquinarias, instalaciones y equipos de los apartamentos - Verificar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. - Contactar, coordinar y supervisar los servicios de mantenimiento subcontratados y el desarrollo de las inspecciones reglamentarias. - - - Ejecución de reparaciones básicas de mantenimiento corriente del edificio en coordinación con las necesidades transmitidas - Resolver urgencias de electricidad, plomería, calefacción, aire acondicionado y tareas diversas - Planificar y efectuar las tareas de mantenimiento - Responsabilizarse del stock, las compras, su conservación y limpieza. - Establecer las prioridades juntamente con el Director de Operaciones Mantiene informado a la Dirección de Operaciones sobre el estado de las instalaciones y maquinaria, del comportamiento de proveedores y empresas de mantenimiento subcontratadas. CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS: - Conocimientos en fontanería general del edificio, instalaciones eléctricas, instalaciones de Protección Contra Incendios, detección de averías, instalaciones de climatización y producción de Agua Caliente Sanitaria. - Habilidades en mantenimiento generalista (carpintería, albañilería, electricidad, fontanería, pequeñas labores de jardinería etc.) Buscamos a una persona dinámica, con la suficiente autonomía como para gestionar el departamento de mantenimiento de los edificios/apartamentos, con capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación y orientado al servicio y a la disponibilidad SOBRE EL PUESTO. - De lunes a Domingo - Dos fines de semana al mes libre - Guardias remuneradas - Salidas en las guardias remuneradas - Salario según convenio de hostelería de 23.000 a 24.000 euros brutos anuales. - Contrato a 40 horas modalidad FD
