Director of Human Resources mainly responsible to: - Plan, direct, and coordinates human resource management activities of METT Hotel and Beach Resort to maximize the strategic use of human resources. - Administering the HR Policies, and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the Labor Law. - Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, time management, employee development activities, payroll management, and dealing with unions. - Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. - Effective management of legal activities. - Bachelors or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major. - Experience (5 years) in a senior role in Human Resources, in 5-star Resort Hotel or Hotel chain. - Experienced on Spanish (Málaga) Work Law. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
