Le Bistro is a small French Bistro in La Lonja. The menu is based on French bistro food with high flavors like Oysters, Beef Minute, Fish Soup, Tarte Tartin or Moule Frites. The wine is from mallorca and France. We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized head chef to join our Team. The restaurant has around 40 seats and we serve a la carte menu for both hotel quests and other guests. You will be helping the Head chef in all the task required for a daily a la cart service , the prep for the next day and providing the staff lunch.
