Teacher-Researcher (M/F) — Research ISTEC Business School is a management school in Paris, member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, committed to a transformation process aimed at strengthening academic quality, pedagogical innovation, internationalization, and the structuring of its faculty. In this context, ISTEC is recruiting permanent Teacher-Researchers in several disciplinary departments to join the Research Department of its faculty. Purpose of the position The Lecturer-Researcher contributes to ISTEC's academic mission by: • designing and delivering high-level courses in management sciences,, • producing recognized research and/or academic contributions,, • supervising students (theses, projects),, • Designing and teaching courses in your field of expertise (initial/work-study/international), • Implementing active and professional teaching methods, • Supervising modules and leading a teaching team as Course Leader, • Producing syllabuses and teaching materials in line with the School's standards (MAC/LO/AoL), • Assess students (tests, exams, defenses) and contribute to AoL management 2. Research and academic influence • Develop a scientific trajectory and research pipeline, • Publish and/or contribute according to ranking objectives, • Participate in the School's research activities (focus areas, seminars, projects) 3. Internationalization • Teach courses in English in accordance with the school's ranking, • Participate in international networks, events, and activities, • Contribute to academic mobility (Erasmus+ / visiting) in accordance with the school's expectations 4. Institutional service and contribution to quality • Participate in bodies and committees (department, AoL, quality, accreditations), • Contribute to compliance with internal procedures and document traceability The position is structured around a balanced and managed annual workload plan, including: • Block 1: Teaching (teaching, preparation, assessments, AoL, Course Leader, supervision), • Block 2: Research Institutional responsibilities outside of teaching and research are capped at 300 hours/year.
