We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team at a luxury resort hotel in Courchevel. This is a 1-year fixed-term full-time contract – perfect for a tech-savvy professional ready to bring excellence to a high-end hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel IT systems and infrastructure
Manage and support PMS (Opera or similar), Simphony POS, Wi-Fi, and guest experience technology
Provide technical support to departments (Front Desk, F&B, Spa, Admin, etc.)
Monitor incidents, ensure preventive maintenance, manage backups, and coordinate with external vendors
Participate in digital innovation and service improvement projects
Required Profile:
Proven experience in hotel IT or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Simphony POS, PMS systems (Opera, Protel, etc.), and Wi-Fi solutions
Solid basic networking skills (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN)
Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
