Location: Paris, France
• Create an effective Sales & Distribution Strategy and analysis of any plan & sales lead by the business. Coordinate and monitor price impact and effects on Sales and Margin
• Develop tools and processes to coordinate and control the implementation of pricing strategies & management
• Ensure continuous improvement of systems, data management and processes to provide the most relevant business information and support guaranteeing sales excellence best practices & process
• Advance Sales Analytics & benchmarking by providing in-depth (recurrent and ad hoc) analyzes of commercial performance: monitoring and / or implementation of performance indicators (compared to previous, budget, medium-term planned objectives)
• Lead Digital & Project Management for the Ingredients business community
• Team Leading and management with the ability to build a successful team, leading with a strategic vision and clear decision making
• International & Corporate Exposure Ability to lead several projects in parallel, flexibility, leadership, team spirit
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, operations & consulting ideally on commercial efficiency missions
• Strong Business Acumen. effective change Leader and entrepreneurial mindset, proven ability to think creatively and with a strong curiosity to drive new ways of working and disruptive thinking
• Fluent level of English and French
• Ability to proactively drive successful business vitality and results vs objectives within a complex environment
